Anti Discrimination Policy 2014/15

This is the Anti-Discrimination policy for Willenhall Town Football Club

Willenhall Town Football Club is responsible for setting the standards and values to apply throughout the Club at every level. Sport belongs to all and should be enjoyed by everyone, equally. Our commitment is to confront and eliminate discrimination whether by reason of sex, sexual orientation, race, nationality, ethnic origin, colour, religion, disability or age.

Equality of opportunity at Willenhall Town Football Club means that in ALL our activities we will NOT discriminate or in any way treat anyone less favourably on grounds of sex, sexual orientation, race, nationality, ethnic origin, colour, religion, disability or age.

This includes:
• The advertisement of volunteers
• The selection of candidates for volunteers
• Courses
• External coaching & education activities & awards
• Sports development activities
• Selection for teams
• Appointments to honorary positions

Willenhall Town Football Club will not tolerate sexual or racially based harassment or other discriminatory behavior, whether physical or verbal and will work to ensure that such behavior is met with appropriate action in whatever context it occurs.

Willenhall Town Football Club is committed to the development of the programme4 of on-going training and awareness raising events and activities in order to promote the eradication of discrimination within its own organisation and in the wider context, within sport as a whole.

Any persons found to be in breach of this policy will be dealt with in the appropriate manner via internal investigation and may also be reported to the Football Association.
